A Unique Philosophy

Simplifive Your Life was started by registered dietitian, Juliette Britton.  After years of nutrition counseling, food consulting and teaching at the collegiate level, Juliette recognized the need to simplify nutrition messaging and get back to the basics.  While nutrition trends come and go, the one thing that remains steady is the power of plants.  Diets containing at least five servings of fruits and veggies per day are associated with weight management, optimal cognitive functioning, and reduced risk of disease. Despite the vast research supporting daily consumption of fruits and veggies, fewer than 10% of families meet the minimum recommendation of five servings per day. After helping thousands of clients prepare simple, economical and tasty recipes, Juliette designed Simplifive to help more people enjoy their five a day!
